CO-CHAIR LEDOUX announced that the  only order of business would                                                                
be HOUSE BILL NO.  26, "An Act relating to short-term commercial                                                                
fishing  crewmember licenses;  and  providing  for an  effective

CO-CHAIR THOMAS  moved [to  adopt CSHB 26,  Version 24-LS0181\F,                                                                
Utermohle, 2/10/05  as the  working document].   There  being no

objection,  CSHB 26(FSH)  was  reported from  the House  Special                                                                
Committee on Fisheries.
